I had forgotten this is kind of… bad? Paper thin romance, way too much animal sidekick Tom & Jerry time, some uncanny valley animation. On the other hand, a lot of the sets and coloring and compositions are dreamlike and astonishingly gorgeous, which makes up much of the ground lost by the narrative.
